Avocado
Avocado’s are loaded with the good fats that give you long lasting energy. If you consume avocados in the morning it will help reduce that afternoon brain fog because these fats are essential for the brain aka cognitive fuel!
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is clean fuel, a great jump start and easy to add it to anything. Try adding coconut oil to your coffee as a flavoring instead of cream and sugar or your chia breakfast pudding!
Raw Honey
A spoon of honey in your lemon tea or hot water will give you a longer lasting dose of the sugar you need to get started.
