If you are exercising and sleeping well nutritionists don’t see the reason why you shouldn’t enjoy a pancake with Nutella or too
Just don’t forget to cut all sugar in the same day and hit the gym next day
Here are the ingredients for healthy yummy and full of energy Protein Nutella Pancakes:
• 3 Ounces Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
• 1/2 Banana
• 1/4 Cup (56.5g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
• 1 Tablespoon (18.5g) Nutella
• 1 Large Egg
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tablespoon (5g) Cocoa Powder
• 5 Tablespoons (42g) Coconut Flour
• 1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Combine all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender. Process or blend everything together. Take out a stove top pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and then coat it with some non-stick cooking spray. Pour your mix in and cook each side of your pancake for around 2:00-3:00. Mouthgasm!

• Top them with some sugar free chocolate syrup!
