Some places invite you to explore.
Others invite you to pause.

Eréma Milos belongs to the second category.

Set on one of the most naturally beautiful islands of the Cyclades, it embraces the quiet philosophy of slow travel where simplicity, light and landscape define the experience.

The Meaning of “Eréma”

The name itself tells the story.

In Greek, eréma means calmly, gently, slowly.
And that rhythm shapes everything here.

There is no attempt to overwhelm the senses.
Instead, the design allows the island to speak.

Architecture That Honors the Landscape

Milos is known for its unique geology volcanic rock, soft earth tones, sculptural coastlines.

The architecture of Eréma mirrors this natural identity.
Stone textures, earthy colors and minimalist lines blend almost seamlessly with the terrain.

Large terraces open toward the sea, creating spaces where indoor and outdoor living merge naturally.

Nothing feels forced.
Everything feels grounded.

Aegean Light as Design

In the Cyclades, light is not simply illumination it is architecture.

At Eréma Milos, rooms are designed to capture it.
Morning light enters softly through wide openings, while sunset turns terraces into golden stages overlooking the Aegean.

It’s a visual calm that quietly resets your pace.

A Different Kind of Island Luxury

Milos has grown into one of the most intriguing destinations in Greece.

Its famous beaches — from the lunar landscape of Sarakiniko to the colorful fishermen houses of Klima — offer dramatic scenery. Yet Eréma provides a retreat from exploration.

After a day discovering the island, you return to stillness.
A private terrace.
A view that stretches uninterrupted toward the horizon.

Luxury here is not loud.
It’s spacious.

The Travel My Day Take

Milos has always attracted travelers who appreciate authenticity and natural beauty.

Eréma captures that spirit perfectly.

It’s the kind of place where time slows down naturally where mornings last longer, sunsets feel deeper, and the island reminds you that the best moments often arrive quietly.

That is where Omeon Mykonos lives.

A Different Rhythm of Mykonos

Perched above the Aegean, Omeon Mykonos feels deliberately removed from the island’s intensity.

The architecture follows the language of the Cyclades:
white surfaces, stone textures, clean lines that frame the sea rather than compete with it.

Nothing here feels excessive.
Luxury arrives quietly.

Design That Breathes

The spaces are minimal but warm.
Natural materials, light wood, linen textures and soft earth tones create an atmosphere that encourages calm rather than spectacle.

Large openings allow the Aegean light to take over the room.
Morning begins with soft sun and endless blue. Evening ends with the horizon melting into gold.

It is the kind of design that understands the most important element on the island: light.

The View Is the Main Character

From private terraces and infinity pools, the view stretches uninterrupted across the sea.

There is something deeply grounding about watching the Aegean change color throughout the day.
Blue, silver, deep cobalt, then sunset orange.

At Omeon, the landscape is not decoration.
It is the experience.

Mykonos, Without the Noise

The beauty of staying here is balance.

You can still reach the famous beach clubs, restaurants and nightlife of Mykonos within minutes.

But when you return, the pace slows instantly.
Wind. Silence. The sound of water in the pool.

Two completely different energies, one island.

The Travel My Day Take

Places like Omeon remind you that luxury doesn’t always mean more.

Sometimes it simply means space.
Space to breathe, to watch the sea, to hear yourself think again.

Mykonos will always have its famous rhythm.

But every now and then, the island whispers.

And Omeon is where you hear it.

For the lovers of Astrotourism. Discover Tinos by Starlight, a dazzling new astronomy retreat at Odera, the first luxury hotel to celebrate—and preserve—the Cycladic soul of Tinos, Greece

A Celestial Escape: Introducing ‘Tinos by Starlight’ at Odera Hotel, Tinos

On a windswept Cycladic island where time slows and stars shine brighter than screens, a new kind of luxury is quietly unfolding. Odera—Tinos’ first high-end hotel and design darling of the Greek isles—has just unveiled its latest masterpiece: ‘Tinos by Starlight’, an astronomy retreat unlike anything else in the Aegean.

Launching this September 18–20, 2025, the stargazing sojourn is a collaboration with Valerie Stimac, acclaimed astronomy author and astro-tourism expert. Think: constellations meets Cycladic chic.

Astro-tourism: The Luxe Travel Trend Written in the Stars

As city-weary travellers seek meaning beyond Michelin stars and infinity pools, a new horizon emerges—quite literally. Astro-tourism is trending, and it’s rewriting the luxury playbook. Forget light-polluted skylines: seekers now crave wild, open skies and stories older than time.

Tinos, with its pristine landscapes and luminous night sky, is the ideal backdrop. Far from the flash of Mykonos but close enough for a stylish segue, this soulful Cycladic island is quietly becoming the connoisseur’s choice.

The Itinerary: Three Nights of Starry-Eyed Wonder

Curated by Stimac and timed to perfection with moon phases and celestial events, the ‘Tinos by Starlight’ retreat will feature:

Stargazing Sessions: Led by Valerie, using high-spec telescopes to explore planets, constellations, and deep-sky wonders.

Astrophotography Workshops: Capture the cosmos with guidance from one of the best in the field.

‘Dinner Under the Stars’: A candlelit culinary journey infused with Greek mythology, on a terrace that feels suspended between sea and sky.

Astro Portraits: A unique fusion of night photography and fine art—a keepsake of your cosmic encounter.

Dawn Yoga on the Pavilion: Greet the day in silence, just steps from the waves, as you stretch between the last stars and first light.

Each moment has been designed to offer both aesthetic pleasure and intellectual delight, celebrating the rarest of luxuries: time, beauty, and perspective.

Odera: A Design-Led Homage to Tinos’ Soul

If you’re unfamiliar with Odera, allow me to set the scene. Nestled above the secluded cove of Vourni beach, this boutique sanctuary debuted in 2024 as the first truly luxury hotel on Tinos—but not the flashy kind.

Designed by Studio Bonarchi, every inch of Odera whispers restraint, elegance, and authenticity. Expect local marble and handmade furnishings, Tinian stone walls, and those iconic pigeonholes—heritage architecture turned high art.

But Odera isn’t just beautiful; it’s thoughtful. The hotel champions local artisans, celebrates seasonal produce, and even offers a private boat for off-grid beach hopping.

Why ‘Tinos by Starlight’ Matters

In a world oversaturated by curated feeds and fast travel, retreats like this offer something genuinely transformative. Tinos by Starlight isn’t just about watching stars—it’s about reconnecting: with myth, with nature, and with oneself.

As Valerie Stimac puts it: “From stories and mythology to scientific discovery, this retreat is about falling in love with the night sky again—an experience both grounding and awe-inspiring.”

How to Book ‘Tinos by Starlight’ at Odera
The 2025 retreat is expected to sell out quickly, with space strictly limited to preserve its intimate, immersive feel. For bookings and full itinerary details, visit Odera Tinos or email reservations@oderatinos.com.

Discover Stamna Sifnos, the newest boutique hotel in the Cyclades where eco-conscious design, authentic gastronomy by Chef Gikas Xenakis, and minimalist luxury converge to redefine slow travel in Greece

In Harmony With the Horizon: Inside Sifnos’s Most Stylish New Retreat

There’s something about Sifnos—a quiet allure that seduces the seasoned traveler with its unflashy charm, terracotta traditions, and gastronomic gravitas. And now, the island has a new gem glinting in the Aegean sun: Stamna Sifnos, a boutique hotel that elevates “barefoot luxury” to new, consciously chic heights.

The New Boutique Hotel in Sifnos That Everyone’s Talking About

Opening this season, Stamna is more than a hotel—it’s a living ode to the island’s earthy soul. Built into a 13,000-square-meter hillside plot just a ten-minute saunter from Apollonia, it offers an immersive experience where architecture, nature, and culture conspire to soothe the senses.

Design Rooted in Place—and Purpose

Stamna means ceramic pot—a poetic nod to Sifnos’s age-old pottery tradition—and this reverence for the local is apparent at every turn. Designed by Tsimpos & Associates under the principle of “from local to global,” the hotel draws materials and manpower exclusively from within an 80-nautical-mile radius, minimizing carbon impact while maximizing authenticity.

Expect sun-drenched marble from neighboring islands, earthy mortars tinged with Santorini soil, and bespoke furnishings sculpted in olive wood, cast iron, and ribbed glass. The palette? Brick red (for the potters), dusty blue (pure Aegean nostalgia), and leaf-green (an ode to Mediterranean flora). Together, it’s a masterclass in eco-conscious design with a Cycladic twist.

Sustainable Luxury That Feels Like Home

Far from the madding crowd yet close enough for moonlit strolls into town, Stamna offers 15 rooms and 5 suites—each a private haven with east-facing sea views, handwoven linens, and a terrace designed for al fresco daydreaming. For those seeking added indulgence: the Suite with Private Pool comes with an infinity-edge pool and garden that beckons you to linger; the Friends & Family Suite is a spacious, two-bedroom sanctuary for your stylish entourage; and the Honeymoon Nest, perched at the estate’s edge, redefines romantic seclusion.

Wherever you rest your head, the interiors whisper luxury without shouting—think ceramic objets d’art, artisanal lighting, and airy textiles that breathe island life into every corner.

A Culinary Narrative by Gikas Xenakis

At Pilós, the hotel’s al fresco dining temple, renowned Greek chef Gikas Xenakis crafts Cycladic cuisine with a modern wink. The concept? Greek ingredients. Greek hands. Greek soul. Dinner here is a family-style affair overlooking the endless blue, where dolmadaki tartar, orzo with shrimp, and eggplant pasticcio are paired with boutique Greek wines and herbal-forward cocktails. Morning brings a breakfast spread worthy of Homeric praise: Sifnian pies, handmade jams, and the fluffiest kagianas you’ve ever forked into.

The Pool Bar serves light bites by day, while the Bostani garden supplies fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruit. Even the olives, figs, and almonds hail from trees that predate the hotel—living witnesses to Sifnos’s fertile legacy.

Wellness Among the Wild Herbs

Well-being at Stamna Sifnos is more than a menu item—it’s embedded in the land. Daily yoga, Pilates, and meditation sessions are held in shaded garden nooks, while the outdoor gym overlooks hillsides dotted with almond trees. Of course, there’s a pool for those who prefer to recharge with a book and a breeze.

Location: Where Pottery, Poetry, and Privacy Collide

Sifnos is the Aegean’s best-kept secret—a haven of handcrafted ceramics, Byzantine trails, and crystalline coves. From Stamna’s hillside perch, the island unfurls at your feet: Kamares Beach, the monastery of Chrissopigi, the labyrinthine village of Artemonas—all within a 15-minute drive.

And with ferries from Athens slicing across the sea in under three hours, getting there is blissfully easy.

Sustainability in Every Stone

This isn’t greenwashing; it’s green living. Stamna Sifnos is constructed with recycled insulation, solar heating, and eco-sensors. Rainwater is collected in underground tanks, while shaded pergolas and planted terraces cool buildings passively. By prioritizing local materials, labor, and biodiversity, Stamna sets a new standard for sustainable hospitality in the Cyclades—proof that you can tread lightly while living beautifully.

Vione Paros, a new luxury hotel in Paros opening June 2025, offers an elevated island experience with minimalist suites, holistic spa rituals, and refined Cycladic dining

A Design-Led Luxury Hotel in Paros with a Meditative Mood

It would be easy to describe Vione Paros as just another luxury hotel perched on the Cyclades above the Aegean. Private plunge pools? Check. A spa with a hammam and steam room? Naturally. A destination restaurant led by a pedigree local chef? Of course. And yet, to file this newly minted five-star retreat under “standard Cycladic chic” would be missing the point entirely.

Vione Paros: A New Luxury Hotel in Paros for the Design-Savvy Traveller

15, 2025, in the serene fishing village of Ambelas—just seven minutes from Naoussa’s postcard-perfect laneways—Vione Paros signals something quieter, more intentional. A hotel that doesn’t just embrace “slow living,” but lives it. A place where light and shadow do more talking than the design itself. A retreat that opts for sensory subtlety over statement luxury.

Minimalist Suites and Private Pools with Sea Views

The hotel comprises 40 suites, 28 of which feature private pools—though you’d hardly know it from the outside. The aesthetic is resolutely understated: crisp white lines softened by muted earth tones, textural layers of linen and stone, and interiors that feel curated yet unfussy.

opens up to some version of the horizon—whether it’s the big blue of the Aegean or the warm hum of inland olive groves. Pared-back elegance defines the design language, and natural light is allowed to take centre stage. It’s Cycladic minimalism not as a trend, but as ethos.

Vione is also adults-friendly, welcoming guests aged 14 and over—a choice that signals a commitment to a more tranquil, grown-up atmosphere without veering into exclusionary territory.

Inside the DIONE Spa: A Holistic Wellness Hotel in Paros

Tucked at the heart of the property lies DIONE Spa, an 800-square-metre wellness sanctuary that feels both elemental and quietly luxurious. At its centre is an expansive heated indoor pool—unexpected in the Cyclades and all the more dramatic for it. There’s a 10-person Jacuzzi, steam room, traditional hammam, and a couple’s suite where treatments unfold in architectural calm.

Cycladic Cuisine Refined: Dining at Vione’s Signature Restaurant

If design and wellness are Vione’s pillars, gastronomy is its flourish. The on-site restaurant, ‘VIONE’ by Mario, continues the legacy of the famed Mario in Naoussa, now led in Parikia by Chef Giannis Markoulis. Known for elevating Cycladic cuisine beyond the expected, the duo brings a sense of familiarity with flair to the plate.

Expect dishes built around seasonal island ingredients—think sea urchin risotto, fava with citrus-marinated anchovy, and octopus so tender it nearly redefines the word. The wine list leans local, with thoughtful picks from up-and-coming Greek producers.

And while the food is impressive, it’s the setting that lingers. Open-air dining with a view to the Aegean, golden hour light dappling through olive trees—it all conspires to create something more than just a meal.

As Paros continues evolving into a destination for design-conscious travellers, Vione Paros enters the scene emphasizing architecture, wellness, and culinary credibility. With its adults-friendly policy and minimalist aesthetic, it appears well-positioned to appeal to a crowd that values serenity over spectacle. Whether it will deliver on its thoughtful concept remains to be seen, but it’s certainly one of the island’s more intriguing openings this year.

Opening May 2025, Golden Milos Beach House by Domotel brings refined Cycladic minimalism and thoughtful hospitality to the shores of Milos

Milos in the Cyclades doesn’t compete for attention—it captivates with quiet confidence. Known for its lunar landscapes and unspoiled charm, the island draws travellers who prefer authenticity over excess. It’s an apt setting for a new kind of luxury stay: refined, relaxed, and deeply rooted in place.

Here, on the serene stretch of Provatas Beach, a new chapter begins. Golden Milos Beach House by Domotel, slated to open 15 May 2025, is the latest project from Domotel Hotels & Resorts—and perhaps their most design-conscious to date.

A Study in Cycladic Calm

What sets this hotel apart isn’t just its location, though being positioned directly on the beach doesn’t hurt. Rather, it’s the quiet confidence of the space itself. The architecture nods to Cycladic form without mimicking it. Interiors are pared-back, sun-washed, and textural, striking a balance between retreat and relevance. The rooms—revamped with a contemporary palette and an emphasis on natural light—are designed less for ostentation and more for ease.

There are no gimmicks here. Instead, an emphasis on mood, materials, and the sensory aspects of island life: a linen curtain fluttering in the breeze, the scent of herbs from the garden, the silence just before sunset.

Not Just a Hotel, But a Habitat

Golden Milos Beach House wants to be more than a place to sleep. And to its credit, the programming suggests a more holistic vision of hospitality. Guests are invited to engage in yoga sessions with Aegean views, attend wine tastings featuring local producers, and participate in silent disco nights (a choice that might raise eyebrows until one experiences the surreal joy of dancing in sync with a headphone-clad crowd beneath the stars).

Dining follows suit. The à la carte restaurant Milisio focuses on elevated interpretations of Greek cuisine, while Salty Goat Beach Club offers a more relaxed, feet-in-the-sand affair. There’s also a pool bar and the Wellness Garden—a low-key space for those drawn to massages and herbal therapies over martinis.

An Ambition for Stillness

It’s easy to describe new hotels in Greece as “paradisiacal” or “luxurious”. What’s more difficult—and perhaps more important—is identifying those that understand context. Golden Milos Beach House doesn’t shout. It leans into the island’s rhythms, offering a canvas for slow mornings, shaded afternoons, and nights where the biggest decision might be whether to linger at the beach bar or retreat to your balcony.

Milos, with its lunar landscapes and ancient echoes, asks for subtlety. And Domotel’s latest outpost seems to understand that.

The Verdict

In a region increasingly crowded with attention-seeking resorts, Golden Milos Beach House by Domotel makes a compelling case for the opposite approach. Thoughtful rather than flashy, immersive rather than performative. If it lives up to its promise, it will likely appeal to the kind of traveller who has outgrown the champagne spray circuit—and is looking for something quieter, more elemental, and, frankly, more beautiful.

When city life feels overwhelming, there’s an indescribable longing for a serene escape—where luxury and tranquility coexist in perfect harmony. Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort in Naoussa, Paros, fulfilled this longing in ways I could have only dreamed of.

First Impressions

Two years ago, I saw Cosme under construction and knew it was destined for greatness. The stunning location and the reputation of the Empiria Group, known for its exceptional hotel concepts, gave me high expectations. Fast forward, and I was thrilled to return for a long weekend to see the completed vision.

As we arrived in Naoussa, the charm of this fishing village immediately set the tone for our stay. A warm welcome from the Cosme staff, who escorted us to the resort, was the perfect introduction to what lay ahead. Walking through the entrance felt like stepping into a beautifully crafted story. The vision brought to life by Stamos Hondrodimos and his team at Interior Design Laboratorium was immediately apparent in the thoughtful blend of traditional and contemporary elements.

At a Luxurious Cycladic Paradise

The lobby of Cosme is an experience in itself. Marble flooring meets white stucco walls, evoking the timeless elegance of a local captain’s house. The decor is a captivating mix of corals from exotic seas, Greek statues, Cycladic wooden furniture, and sumptuous French fabrics. Every detail seems to tell a tale of adventure and tradition, a narrative that resonates deeply with me.

My suite was nothing short of a sanctuary. Stepping inside, I was greeted by custom-made furniture by the renowned Jaime Hayon, each piece meticulously chosen to create an environment of comfort and sophistication. As someone who is always thrilled to spot designer furniture in my hotel rooms, I was particularly enchanted by the attention to detail. The colors—rich shades of olive green, deep burgundy, and the iconic white of Greece—imbued the space with a sense of safety and luxury. The distinctive wallpapers and handmade embroidery pieces added personal touches that made me feel as if I had stepped into a beautifully curated home rather than a hotel room.

A Day at Cosme’s Beachfront Oasis

Each morning at Cosme began with a leisurely breakfast at VOLTA. I quickly fell in love with the Greek Smoothie, a refreshing blend of yogurt, watermelon, and mastic, and the Morning Energy Bowl with oats, tahini, and thyme honey. It was the perfect way to start the day, setting a serene tone for the experiences that awaited.

The half-moon pool became my morning go-to spot. It’s the heart of the resort, offering stunning views of the sea and the charming, whitewashed houses of Naoussa. Floating in its cool, clear water with the gentle sea breeze whispering “relax” was my perfect way to start the day, soaking in those classic Cycladic vibes. After my swim, I headed to Elios Spa for the Aegean Sensation Candle Signature Massage. It was like hitting the reset button. This heavenly massage melted my stress faster than ice cream on a hot day, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated and ready to dive back into everything Cosme has to offer.

Afternoons were dedicated to beach time. There’s nothing quite like the feel of the pristine Aegean waters on your toes while sipping a cocktail from the CIRCE Bar—absolute paradise! As the sun began to set, I couldn’t help but look forward to dinner at PAROSTIÀ, the beachfront restaurant where each meal is as breathtaking as the view.

Chef Yiannis Kioroglou: A Culinary Maestro

Chef Yiannis Kioroglou’s culinary journey is as impressive as his dishes. With a rich background that includes prestigious stints at La Petite Maison in Cannes and La Guerite in Saint Barth, he has honed his skills at some of Europe’s finest dining establishments. His commitment to honoring his Greek roots and infusing ‘philoxenia’—the Greek spirit of hospitality—into every dish is evident. His creations at PAROSTIÀ, like the slow-cooked chickpea stew (Revithada) and the vibrant Ceviche Salatouri, are not just meals; they are a celebration of flavors and innovation that left me savoring each bite.

But there is more! Every time we returned to our room at Cosme, we were greeted with delightful culinary surprises. From savory spinach pie to local cheese and handmade bread, each treat was a delicious nod to the traditional flavors of Paros. The almond sweets, a local delicacy, were a particular favorite. This thoughtful gesture didn’t stop there—upon our departure, a box of these almond sweets, crafted by the chef himself, was part of our farewell gifts. It was a touching example of authentic Greek hospitality, leaving us with a taste of Paros and the warm, welcoming spirit of Cosme.

The Soul of Cosme: Art and Culture

One of the aspects I love most about staying in luxury hotels is discovering their unique artistic expressions, and Cosme did not disappoint. The resort is a living gallery, with each space thoughtfully curated to reflect the rich culture and natural beauty of Paros.

Margarita Myrogianni’s works, inspired by local fishermen’s nets, sea urchin shapes, and the light of the Cycladic islands, are woven throughout the resort. Her contemporary approach to these themes captures the essence of life on Paros, while classical gravures from the 1800s provide glimpses into the island’s everyday past.

In the reception area, Christina Mandilari’s mural explores the lyrical relationship between nature and people in love, a theme that resonates deeply with the serene bliss of the Mediterranean summer. Everywhere I turned, there was something new and beautiful to discover, from Terpsichore’s hand-painted ceramics to Dimitris Spiros’s biomorphic sculptures that connect art with nature.

Beyond the Ordinary: Unique Experiences at Cosme

Cosme goes beyond offering a luxurious stay; it invites guests to immerse themselves in unique experiences that celebrate the spirit of the Greek islands. The private beach club, stargazing terrace, and Anthologist Boutique, with its collection of artisanal objects, all reflect the resort’s commitment to providing an authentic and enriching stay.

Exploring the pristine waters of Paros on the resort’s private catamaran was a highlight, as was the private beachfront dining, where the sound of the waves provided the perfect soundtrack to an unforgettable meal.

A Personal Reflection: A Weekend to Remember

Reflecting on my weekend at Cosme, I’m struck by how deeply it connected with my desire for a tranquil escape. The resort’s dedication to blending tradition, design, and genuine Greek hospitality created a sanctuary where I could truly relax and reconnect with nature and myself.

Cosme is more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination that captures the heart and soul of the Cyclades. From its stunning beachfront location to its reimagined local cuisine and serene ambiance, it’s a place where every detail is crafted to offer an unparalleled experience of elegance and serenity.

For anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, culture, and relaxation, Cosme promises an unforgettable escape that will linger in your memories long after you’ve left its shores. It’s a dream realized, a place where you can leave your worries behind and immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of Paros.

Odera Tinos, the first five-star hotel on the island, offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and authentic Cycladic charm in a stunning beachfront location

Lately, one of the most common topics among Greeks and frequent visitors to Greece is the gradual erosion of the quintessential Greek summer. We lament the fading of those authentic moments that have captured our hearts forever. There is deep nostalgia for Cycladic minimalism and the unpretentious charm of traditional Greek holidays.

Thankfully, the luxurious version of this rare authentic summer experience is meticulously preserved and generously offered at the brand-new Odera Tinos, the first five-star hotel on the island. Here, alongside hospitality that reaches the heavens, you are gifted a genuine beachfront Cycladic landscape in the heart of Tinos, paired with inspired architecture and design rooted in pure aesthetics, simplicity, and local tradition. Odera Tinos showcases an exquisite blend of traditional and modern design, crafted by Studio Bonarchi and architect Panos Nikolaidis of TConstructions.

Captivating Cycladic Charm

Arriving at Odera Tinos felt like stepping into a dream. The hotel immediately felt different, a place where modern luxury and authentic charm coexist beautifully. I knew I was about to experience what I had been seeking for some time—Greek summer at its best.

Odera Tinos isn’t just about luxury; it’s about soulful design. Whitewashed stone walls and dovecote-inspired architectural details celebrate Tinos’ renowned craftsmanship.

This is Greek summer 2.0—updated with a touch of modern pampering. Imagine curtains that open automatically to unveil a theatrical view of the entire bay and an unobstructed horizon of the Aegean Sea. Soft sun loungers and a buggy to transport you from and to the beach (though we always walked to capture photos, admire the scenery, and breathe in the scents of local herbs and bushes). A grand carob tree with a thick trunk dominates and becomes the hotel’s landmark, reminiscent of the courtyards of captain’s houses. This majestic tree, set on a beautiful pebble mosaic, became a focal point for my mornings and evenings, changing with the light and evoking a deep sense of tranquility. Every detail reflects the island’s spiritual and cultural heritage, making the space feel both elevated and deeply connected to its surroundings. The serene atmosphere of the hotel’s terrace, adorned with bamboo chairs and marble tables, instantly transported me back to memories of easy breezy evenings at elegant hotel verandas. These are the vacations that linger in the heart long after they’ve ended.

Four Reasons to Love Odera Tinos Even More:

Idolo Spa: For ultimate relaxation, the Idolo Spa at Odera Tinos offers a range of rejuvenating treatments. The highlight for me was the zero-body dry float, a treatment like no other. As I floated above 400 liters of warm water, I felt incredible weightlessness and relaxation, all without getting wet or changing clothes. The peaceful atmosphere, with a hand-painted ceiling over the pool, made the spa beautiful and calming. Every detail was designed to relax and refresh, making it a true sanctuary of peace.

EOS Restaurant: Dining at EOS was a culinary adventure, but the dessert left the most lasting impression. I indulged in a decadent chocolate dessert with caramel sauce and a hint of Greek coffee, and it was an absolute delight. It was a moment of pure indulgence, perfectly crafted by the talented chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos. This dessert, along with other standout dishes like the Organic Tomato Carpaccio and Fresh Grouper “Kakavia,” made my dining experience at EOS unforgettable, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Aegean Sea.

Louiza by Louisa World Boutique: Stumbling upon the Louiza by Louisa store was like discovering a hidden treasure. This boutique offers a beautifully curated selection of Greek-inspired fashion and accessories that perfectly blend local craftsmanship with a modern flair. I found myself captivated by the unique fabrics, prints, and designs that truly embodied the essence of relaxed elegance.

Art Curation: The art at Odera Tinos was more than just decoration; it was an experience. The Odera Art Initiative is a dynamic collection of artworks by Greek and international artists, reflecting the cultural heritage, natural landscape, and resources of Tinos. Curated under the careful direction of Anastasia Sgoumpopoulou and Anastasia Tsoureka Saracaki, the collection showcases a blend of contemporary culture and traditional elements. From the rooms to the outdoor spaces, each artwork creates an immersive artistic experience that enhances the hotel environment. Every piece tells a story, enriching the tapestry of experiences that make a stay at Odera Tinos truly special. Walking through the hotel, I felt surrounded by a blend of contemporary and traditional art that resonated deeply with the island’s spirit.

A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Authenticity

So, if you’re yearning for a Greek summer that combines the best of tradition and luxury, look no further than Odera Tinos, a part of the Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International. Odera Tinos, operated by Trésor Hospitality, a leading independent hotel management company in Greece, is located in an idyllic spot with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea near Vourni Beach, offers guests an authentic hospitality experience.
