They’re sweet but not sickly and have a lovely, ever so slightly chewy texture. I make these a lot and keep a variety of them in my fridge/freezer all the time so that I always have…

So these are the ingredients:

• 400g medjool dates
• 100g of oats
• 100g of roasted peanuts
• 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
These little peanut butter energy balls are the perfect pick me up to help you fight that afternoon slump! They’re sweet but not sickly and have a lovely, ever so slightly chewy texture. I make these a lot and keep a variety of them in my fridge/freezer all the time so that I always have some good snacks on hand. I’ve made these with peanut butter, but you can easily swap the nut butter and the nuts for another variety, like cashew or almond, if you prefer.
