Pelagos On Tour: A Greek Culinary Journey Comes Home
Since 2021, Chef Luca Piscazzi and his team have taken Pelagos on the road—literally. Through the Pelagos On Tour series, they’ve explored the food traditions of lesser-known Greek destinations like Crete, Sifnos, and Santorini, discovering incredible local ingredients and age-old cooking techniques along the way.
Now, they’re bringing those discoveries back to the Athenian Riviera with a “Best Of” menu, available through the end of September. It’s a celebration of Greece’s rich food culture, served with the elegance and creativity Pelagos is known for.
You’ll find dishes inspired by warm island evenings and rustic village kitchens—each one elevated by the chef’s fine-dining touch. The menu is available both à la carte and as a degustation experience, served in a stylish space that feels like a modern-day luxury cruise liner.
“For me, this menu is a way to relive the best moments of our travels,” says Piscazzi. “It’s about simplicity, tradition, and of course, a bit of innovation.”

The food isn’t the only highlight. The hotel’s new Wine Director, Jan Konetzi, brings a serious dose of expertise and flair. With over 20 years in Michelin-starred restaurants—including those of Gordon Ramsay—Jan has a talent for choosing wines that surprise and delight.
