Little bags of Red Vines and Junior Mints (and later, doughnuts and cookies) rained down in parachutes on the Oscar crowd, giving everyone a convenient snack. Anousha Ansari spoke for Iranian director and Oscar winner Asghar Farhadi, who protested the Oscars over Trump’s travel ban on immigrants from seven countries.
