This eye-catching and unique destination is rebuilt every winter in northern Sweden and melts away when Spring comes back around. The design is built with two-ton blocks of ice from the nearby Torne River.
The hotel is a result of collaborations between artists and engineers who create arched hallways, unique rooms, and reception areas. Inside the hotel stays around 23 degrees and guests are outfitted with warm outer clothing and Arctic sleeping bags for their bed.
